Introducing Teacher Mode: a digital human that teaches on a real board
Give any IAMX character a live classroom board — it writes formulas, solves problems step by step and runs interactive quizzes while it teaches, with real-time lip sync.
Some ideas don't land through speech alone. A fraction, a formula, a worked example — these are things a good teacher shows, not just says. Today we're introducing Teacher Mode: give any IAMX character a real classroom board it writes on while it teaches.
A board that fills in as the lesson unfolds
When the character mentions a formula or a solving step, it writes it up — cleanly typeset and revealed like chalk — instead of only saying it out loud. It keeps talking naturally the whole time; the board is what it reaches for when words aren't enough.
It solves, quizzes, and waits for the student
Ask it to work a problem and it lays out the intermediate steps on the board, then highlights the final answer so the result stands out. It can also pose a multiple-choice question, wait for the student to try, and only then light up the correct option — never spoiling the answer early. And because every IAMX character remembers who it talks to, the next session can open with the topic that was missed.
Numeric and verbal, any subject
Fractions, equations and step-by-step derivations for maths and science; outlines, quotes and text analysis for verbal subjects. The board is driven by the same character you design in the panel, so the personality, voice and teaching style are entirely yours.
One toggle, everywhere
Teacher Mode is a single switch per character in the panel — nothing to script. Turn it on, place the board in your Unreal scene or use it on the web, and the character starts teaching visually. Available now in the IAMX panel.
