Monthly plans

These are the standard cloud catalog prices, in USD per month. Your Billing screen shows the saved prices and limits for your workspace; existing custom agreements can have different limits.

Character limits count the characters in your workspace. They are not a promise of the same number of simultaneous users. These plans do not include cloud-rendering minutes: GLB avatars render in the visitor's browser, while streamed Unreal scenes require separately provisioned rendering infrastructure.

Which features are included?

PlanStandard capabilities
FreeCreate one ready-to-use character with an avatar and an included voice, then try conversations within the allowance. No personal provider key is required for the ready demo. External API tools, custom language model connections, Narrative, realtime voice, FaceID and voice cloning are not included.
StarterKnowledge uploads, Narrative, external API tools, custom language model connections, Gemini Live and voice cloning, within the plan's limits.
ProStarter capabilities plus Mindview, LiveFace 2D, FaceID and OpenAI Realtime.
Scale & BusinessThe Pro feature set with larger usage, character and knowledge allowances.
EnterpriseDiscuss additional integrations, identity or banking workflows and deployment requirements. The agreed scope determines availability.

Feature access does not configure the feature for you. Voice services still need a supported provider and voice; FaceID needs camera permission and configuration; connected actions need a working service. The Studio guide and voice guide cover setup.

Quota units are not a conversation count

One interaction is a user turn and an assistant reply. The quota meter measures weighted units: the selected model and speech path determine how much that turn consumes. A baseline turn uses one unit; premium or realtime models can use more. High-quality voice, camera input and message attachments can add to usage.

For example, if a configured turn consumes six units, ten such turns consume 60 units. Changing to a cheaper model may make the same allowance last longer. Using your own model key can reduce the applicable model weight, but does not remove IAMX usage accounting or unlock a feature excluded from your plan.

Open Plan & Quota to check the current unit meter and premium allowances. At 80% the meter turns amber. If the next request needs more units than remain, it can be refused; switch to a supported lighter configuration or upgrade.

Provider keys and separate costs

Enter supported provider keys in Settings, then select the model or voice in your character. Your ElevenLabs workspace key takes priority; a previously saved character key is used only when no workspace key is set. Without either personal key, the included IAMX voice is used. Your own key opens your own voice library, including on Free. Your own provider account may be billed separately for its API usage. An IAMX plan is not unlimited third-party AI or speech credit.

Custom language model connections are available from Starter. A provider key alone does not bypass a plan restriction. Creating or cloning a voice requires Starter or higher; Free can use an existing voice but cannot create one. Realtime services and other advanced features require the relevant plan, provider access and configuration.

Choose a plan and pay

  1. Open Plan & Quota. Review your current plan, the monthly USD list price and the new limits.
  2. Select the payment currency if offered. With iyzico, TRY checkout converts the server's saved USD price at its current exchange rate. The payment page shows the final currency and amount before you pay.
  3. Continue to payment. The active provider opens its hosted checkout. The server calculates the amount from the selected plan; the website does not submit a buyer-editable price.
  4. Wait for confirmed activation. IAMX activates the plan only after verifying the provider's payment result through its callback. Returning to Billing by itself does not prove a payment succeeded.

If online checkout is unavailable, a paid plan cannot be activated with a normal free-plan switch. Contact IAMX for help. Enterprise always uses a custom quote rather than self-service checkout.

Before moving to a lower plan, review your character count, stored knowledge and enabled features. A feature outside the new plan can be blocked; an automatic fallback to another model or voice is not guaranteed.
