What is a usage unit?
It measures AI consumption, rather than a fixed number of conversations. A standard reply starts at one unit; the selected model, realtime voice, attachments and other processing can change the total. Using your own provider keys also affects the rate. See the usage guide for examples and check your remaining allowance in Billing.
How does payment work?
Choose a plan in Billing to open the active payment provider's checkout. Prices come from the same catalogue used for payment. Where the provider charges in Turkish lira, checkout shows the converted TRY total before you pay. Your package is activated after payment is confirmed.
Are external provider costs included?
If you connect your own AI or voice provider keys, that provider bills its usage separately. Your IAMX plan still determines the available features, character count, knowledge storage and platform usage allowance.
Does a plan include cloud rendering minutes?
No. These plans do not include a cloud rendering allowance. You can connect an Unreal Engine application or a Pixel Streaming deployment; its rendering infrastructure is configured separately.
How do I get an Enterprise package?
Contact IAMX to agree on usage, integrations and support. Enterprise uses a custom quote and is not purchased at a fixed public price.
